Q: Is there any permanent cure against the resonance noise of the stick? I cured it some time ago, but it is coming back in third now.

A: You may have a worn bush at the base of the gear lever. Either you change the bush (hard to get) or you do what I do, namely I smother the joint with grease.

Q: Even after putting a lot of grease on the stick joints, it is still vibrating. Is it possible to take the stick and linkage off from the gearbox, while it is still under the car?

A: Yes, it can be done but it is fiddly job.
