Q: Do you know if it is possible to make the original S3 Fulvia 4½ J 14 alloy wheels suitable for tubeless tyres?

A: I think it is OK to fit tubeless tyres. Always chance of bad luck parking though. There are two types of 165 tyres. Old technology is very rounded in shape, which gives a small contact patch on the road. This is what the car originally had. Modern tyres are very square in section. This gives lots of grip, but makes steering heavy and dull. Fulvias are best on rounded tyres. Not sure of what brands are available, a good tyre dealer would be able to find that out.
