Be kind to your Fulvia. The car will love you if you change the oil frequently, and new filters also pleases it. Use good quality oil.
Also change brake fluid often - you rely on this to stop you.

I agree and I will boringly repeat myself in saying that engine oil and filter must be changed every 3,000 Km (or every year) and brake fluid every 2 years.
