You can tell if your car has been converted from LHD to RHD by looking at the last digit of the type number. For instance, if the model is 818.630, it is LHD; all models ending with 1 are RHD (e.g. 818.631). If you suspect that somebody has changed the car plate, you can also check the windscreen wipers and in particular a small plate (often forgotten) on the left hand side of the gearbox. - Andrea -
